Junioshow Ended With Record Number Of Visitors


Junioshow Hosted 26,424 Professional Visitors From 64 Countries

Junioshow, Bursa International Baby, Kidswear & Kids Necessities Fair which is first for Bursa in this year ended. Junioshow that opened its door about 200 participant companies, broke its own record by hosting 26,424 professional visitors from 64 countries during 4 days. Junioshow, organized 6. Times in this year by Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) and TUYAP Fair Inc. with collaboration of Baby Kids Wear Sector Industrialist and Business Men Association (BEKSIAD), was a morale booster for industry. At the fair held at TÜYAP Bursa International Fair and Congress Center, about  200 exhibitors showed its spring-summer creations for 0-12 years old baby and kids wear at special decor stands during four days. The participant companies, which carried out bilateral business meetings with 1,150 foreign buyers, signed important collaborations within the scope of the fair.

THE INDUSTRY MET AN EXPORT-ORIENTED VISION WITH JUNIOSHOW

Evaluating the fair, BTSO Vice Chairman, Mr. İsmail Kuş, said that Bursa has many years of experience in the baby and kids wear industry. Stating that they carry the production and design quality of Bursa to the international scale with Junioshow, Mr. İsmail Kuş said “Previously our Bursa-based companies who only sold goods to the domestic market, gained an export-oriented vision thanks to Junioshow. We brought together our companies to 1,150 foreign buyers from 64 countries by procurement committee organization, organized by us in the scope of our Commercial Safari and UR-GE projects in this year again. Our fair, that took place of a large number of new business contacts, added power on the export identity of the companies.”

INTERESTING ON FAIR HAS INCREASED EVERY YEAR

Stating that the Junioshow Fair has grown every year and that it has become a brand fair in the industry, Mr. İsmail Kuş said; “Our fair has made a significant progress in a short time thanks to the unity of our companies  and the ability to work harmoniously in the baby and kids wear industry. Interesting on our fair has increased every year. We reached the highest number of participants, the number of foreign visitors and the total number of visitors in this year. I would like to thank all of our companies. Junioshow will add power on the competitiveness of our industry in the next years.”

26,424 BUSINESS MEN FROM 64 COUNTRIES FOCUSED ON BURSA MARKET

Evaluating of Junioshow Fair that brought together domestic and foreign baby - kids wear industry,TÜYAP Bursa Fairs Inc. General Manager, Mr. İlhan Ersözlü said that the fair, first of 2019, was visited by 26,424 business men from 64 countries. Stating that Junioshow has received great interest from buyers both in Turkey and foreign, Mr. Ersözlü said that the fair provides added value to both the region and the country's economy with the orders of million dollars. Stating that they have prepared intense promotion works for Junioshow, Mr. Ersözlü said; “1,150 Business men visited Junioshow from USA, Afghanistan, Germany, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, United Arab Emirates, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Algeria, Czech Republic, Morocco, Ghana, Georgia, India, Netherlands, Palestine, France, Iraq, UK, Iran, Israel Spain, Sweden, Kazakhstan, Canada, Qatar, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Kuwait, Libya, Lebanon, Hungary, Macedonia, Malaysia, Egypt, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Senegal, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Oman, Jordan, Yemen and Greece in the scope of BTSO’s Ur-Ge projects with coordination of Ministry of Trade and activities of TUYAP overseas offices.
Domestic representatives from more than 40 cities including Istanbul, Gaziantep, Izmir, Ankara and Denizli took part in the fair.
The business contacts recognized at Junioshow Fair made a great contribution to the production, competition and export of the industry.

JUNIOSHOW FASHION SHOW ATTRACTED A GREAT INTERESTING

The Junioshow Fashion Show, which consists of new collections of exhibitors prepared for the fair, was performed on Wednesday, January 9 and Thursday, January 10 in a colorful atmosphere. Special goods tailored to their creations were presented accompanied by small mannequins dances with concepts of “Drawn in the 90s”, “Picnic”, “Skateboarder”, “Like My Father”, “Dance Rehearsal”, “Gift of the Angels”, “Little Trendsetter”, “50s Years”, at the fashion show that gave to visitors a visual feast.

THE SECOND MEETING OF THIS YEAR WILL BE ON 3 - 6 JULY, 2019

Stating that the second Junioshow Fair of the year will meet its visitors with the concept of "autumn-winter" between 3 - 6 July 2019, Mr. Ersözlü said; “We have already started preparations for Junioshow Fair. The fair which décor stands take part again, will be held with the participation of companies that want to open new markets and increase their current market share.

FOREIGN BUYERS WAS AMAZED

During the evaluating made about fair, Mr. Ömer Yıldız, President of BEKSIAD said: “The Junioshow Fair has a significant share in the baby-kids wear industry to become one of the industries that direct the future of Bursa. Our fair offers important opportunities to maximize the potential of the industry.
Our companies signed important business contacts this year thanks to Junioshow, which has brought together world-class buyers and industry professionals with our companies. We saw that foreign buyers was amazed with our goods and appreciated the quality of them.
